If something isn't quite right, don’t worry — we’re here to help! Below you’ll find all the details about how returns, exchanges, and refunds work with us.

⏱️ Return Window

You have 14 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Items must be in the same condition you received them

Please note: For hygienic reasons, certain personal care items are non-returnable (e.g., opened baby bottles, nursing products, etc.)

📦 How to Start a Return

    • Your order number

    • The item(s) you’d like to return

    • A short reason for the return

  2. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and return shipping details

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or defective.

💸 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless it was our error)

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or item? We’re happy to help — just mention “exchange” when you email us and we’ll do our best to accommodate!

Oh no — we’re so sorry!
If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us right away with a photo, and we’ll make it right at no extra cost. 💥✨
